Radical Healthcare does not offer medical advice and nothing contained in this website is intended to constitute professional advice for medical diagnosis or treatment. Our aim is to encourage our customers to take greater responsibility for their own health and healing. This means that we will not choose a remedy for you, but rather offer advice on what is available and help you to access more information for yourself in order for you to decide what product best suits your needs.

The products sold by Radical Healthcare contain only natural/organic ingredients of the highest quality and are NOT tested on animals.

Payment of the price of the order must be received before the order is released for delivery. Radical Healthcare aims to dispatch orders within 48 hours, however, in some cases orders may be released on the day of order. Payment can be made using any major credit or debit card and holders will be subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment declines to authorize payment to us, we will not be responsible/liable for any delay or non-delivery. We utilize WorldPay and Paypal who provide a completely secure site in which to collect payments.

 Payments can be made by cheque; however, we do not accept third party cheques and orders will not be processed until the cheque has cleared. There is a £25 charge for returned cheques and we do NOT accept international cheques.

We only deliver to the United Kingdom.

The delivery charge is included in the order and will be carried out on our behalf via Royal Mail using their “Special Delivery” service.

We aim to dispatch within 48 hours unless payment is made by cheque, which will be on clearance of funds.

Returns will not be accepted without a RNA number

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost of returning items to us. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office or courier, since we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of items.
